I am in the National Athletics Centre Media Center.
It is buzzing, with lots of media typing, drinking espresso, and lots of greetings.
I was able to meet Justin Lagat, after ten years of working together, and saw dear friends,
Olaf Brockman (Austria) and Franco Fava (Italy).
Today, keep it easy, warm up, run 45-55 minutes moderately, and cooldown.
