This track day, for Week Ten, Day 4.

Our workout today is the following:

Warm up, with 15 sit-ups, push-ups, and pull-ups.

6 x 150-meter stride outs, then, 12 x 300 meters, at 800-meter speed, with 100-meter walk in between, 30 minutes of moderate running, slow cool-down.
