Warm-up,

75-90 minutes, keep it easy early on, and build to moderate,

cooldown.

Long Runs, the day after cross country races, were always the days to get in the good stories with your teammates.

Paul and I would discuss the race from the day before and suggest how we could do better. We then would just

talk about the week and over the last few grinding miles think about breathing. They, it was breakfast and back to

studies.
